Job Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis
• Lead business requirements gathering and assess business cases to support project prioritization.
• Engage multiple stakeholders to understand current and future business needs and processes.
• Analyze, document, and validate functional requirements, specifications, and solution designs.
• Facilitate design and solution workshops with business, technical, wireframe, and UX/UI teams.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical documentation (process flows, data flows, rules, wireframes).
• Collaborate with business and quality assurance team to prepare test cases and support UAT activities.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet approved requirements.
• Assist Development Team to make sure the development is met the requirement
• Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
• Project Coordination
• Follow the project management framework, standards, and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate project kick-off sessions, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure milestone readiness.
• Monitor progress and provide regular status reporting to management.
