Job Responsibilities:

• Review and assess problem accounts referred by branches for legal action.
• Provide recommendation on litigation strategy and legal recovery approach.
• Prepare and coordinate filing of cases to court.
• Monitor case progress and ensure timely legal proceedings.
• Follow up on judgments, enforcement, and execution process.
• Support branches on legal recovery procedures and litigation requirements.
• Advice branches on document readiness and case preparation.
• Coordinate with branch teams to collect evidence and supporting documents.
• Provide guidance to minimize legal and operational risks.
• Liaise with external lawyers, courts, authorities, and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor external legal service providers and case performance.
• Attend court hearings when required.
• Prepare litigation status reports and recovery updates.
• Track case aging, recovery amount, and legal milestones.
• Escalate high-risk or overdue cases to management.
