Announcement on CSS Card Replacement

AMK Bank would like to inform all CSS card customers starts from the first 6-digits (637079) are invited to replace a new card. This is to ensure our services remain efficient, secure, and compatible for smooth transactions with other banks.

To facilitate the card replacement, please bring the following documents:

  1. Your current CSS Card
  2. KYC Document (in case your card is lost)

Note: This card replacement is provided free of charge from the date of this announcement until the end of June 2026. Customers are invited to replace their cards at any of the 143 branches nationwide.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you are an existing customer who has previously had a card, the card replacement will not be charged a fee.

If you do not replace your old card, it will no longer be usable starting from July 1, 2026. However, even if your old card cannot be used, you can still withdraw money through AMK ATMs and agents using the mobile banking application.

Your account number will remain the same.

Your old card can be used until 30 Jun 2026.

You cannot replace your old card via Mobile App and you are required to come to branch in person.

Payments, transfers, or other services on the app will continue to work as normal.

This is because our bank/institution must comply with the authority’s guidelines regarding the implementation of standardized card usage within the country

The new card offers better security for usage and helps prevent fraud, as well as reducing transaction risks associated with card usage in Cambodia. It can also be used for transactions at all ATMs of other banks or institutions that are members of CSS

The card replacement can be done at all AMK branches during working hours, from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. The required documents are the old card or a valid identification document.

The card replacement is instant—you will receive the new card immediately.

If you do not replace your old card, it will no longer be usable starting from July 1, 2026.

If you do not replace your card, your old card will not be able to perform transactions. However, even if your old card cannot be used, you can still withdraw money through AMK ATMs and agents using the mobile banking application.

You cannot perform transactions with the old card. However, you can still withdraw money by scanning QR through the mobile banking application.

You can withdraw money by scanning a QR code through the AMK mobile banking app at AMK agents and ATMs.

Your money or account balance will not be lost.

Customers are required to replace the card within the deadline set by AMK.

The new card offers higher security, protecting against data theft and fraud. It also supports modern payment technology such as contactless (Tap to Pay), allowing you to make transactions without inserting or swiping the card—simply tap it on the POS machine.

This card replacement will not affect online payments or app payments.
