Job Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and feedback collection.
• Talent Sourcing & Headhunting: Proactively identify, approach, and engage passive candidates through headhunting and competitive poaching strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Candidate Pipeline Management: Maintain and track the candidate database, ensuring a qualified pool of talent is readily available for current and future hiring needs.
• Partnership Development: Collaborate with schools, training centers, and corporate partners to establish a strong network and source diverse talent.
• Employer Branding Initiatives: Support the development of employer branding content to enhance AMK’s reputation on social media and attract high-quality passive candidates.
• Recruitment Administration: Manage recruitment-related administrative tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and updates to the Applicant Tracking List.
• Ad-hoc Support: Provide additional support to the Talent Acquisition Manager as required.
