Qualification and Experiences:

• Degree in Business, Applied Finance, Banking, or similar tertiary qualifications.

• At least 2 years of working experience in bank/MFI in data analysis and portfolio modelling is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of credit risk management principles.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; knowledge of Python or SQL is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate and present findings effectively to businessunits and senior stakeholders.

• Experience preparing risk reports and presentations for Senior Management.

• Good verbal communication, planning, problem solving, and organizing skills.

• Ability to work independently with strong result orientation and teamwork spirit.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Khmer

• Possess positive thinking mind-set and can-do attitude.
