Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and submit accurate regulatory reports to internal cross department and the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) related to Borrowing, Cash flow and FX business as set timelines.
• Monitor and manage daily cash balances across all central bank accounts, correspondent banks, and branches to ensure optimal liquidity.
• Prepare and ensure the correctness of the report to all counterparties as required. Conduct of counterparties risk assessments including banks, financial institutions, and investment partners.
• Maintain counterparty risk exposure limits; escalate concentration risks to line manager.
• Monitor FX positions and market movements; provide timely recommendations to the line manager to close the position.
• Maintain and strengthen operational relationships with the banks and lenders.
• Identify, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities in approved treasury products including money market instruments, fixed income, term deposits, and interbank placements.
• Support the development and review of policies and procedure within own department and other related department.
• Any other tasks required by the line managers.
